For over a decade, yoga has been my saving grace.
Yoga has helped me find balance in my
busy city life while creating a deep connection with myself.
My style of vinyasa flo is intuitive to the needs of the person I'm teaching. The flo is customized to your level of yoga experience and body type. My classes range from gentle to energizing to vigorous.
One day you might need more stretching and lengthening, another day you might be
craving something more energetic and empowering.
I approach each class with a spiritual flo and a gentle heart.
My aim is to build on each session to reach your target yoga goal, whatever your body and soul needs.
Maybe you've always wanted the confidence to hold a headstand, feel grounded in your downward dog or even just improve your balance in tree pose.
I have a 200TYT hot yoga certification from Absolute Yoga Amsterdam.
I’ve been practicing vinyasa yoga under the guidance of Peter Ferko at Ishta Yoga NYC,
together with meditation training with Ishta founder Alan Finger for the last two years.
I loved taking Andrea's yoga class because she took into account my capabilities and worked them into the routine. I felt like I had a great work out as well as time for self- reflection with the meditation at the end of the class. Can't wait to take another class!

I really enjoyed my session with Andrea. It was just challenging enough with some new postures I haven’t done before. The soundbath at the end was both relaxing and invigorating at the same time, really cool. If you want a very unique yoga experience, I highly recommend it!
